If you’re living with disability, an illness, injury or health condition, including depression and anxiety, we can help you find the right apprenticeship or traineeship.

We’ll guide you through the process and connect you to the best registered training organisations and employers. And we'll continue to support you for the first 12 months of your new role.

  • Getting the training and qualifications you need

What are Disability Employment services?
Disability Employment Services helps people with a disability, injury, illness or health condition find work and stay employed. It’s a government program and we’re one of Australia’s leading DES providers.


You might be eligible for DES if you're:  


  • Living with a physical or intellectual disability, learning difficulties, mental health conditions or those that are blind, visually impaired, deaf or hearing impaired
  • an Australian citizen or hold a Permanent resident, Temporary Protection, Special Category or Safe Haven Visa 
  • aged between 14 and 65
  • able to work at least 8 hours per week
  • receiving an income support payment from Centrelink or are a current NDIS participant
